Youtube video downloader that doesn’t require downloading a program to do it?

I remember there being one a while ago that I used to use but I guess it isn’t around anymore. Does anyone else know if there any current ones? And NO program that I have to download to do this. Is There a free youtube downloader program that downloads the file in the MP4 format straight from the site?
