Problems with YouTube Downloader?

I’m currently using YouTube Downloader to download and change the format of certain videos. After re-formatting the videos, they’re only around 1/4 of length they used to be when uploaded onto YouTube. How do I tackle this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Installing “OneClick YouTube Downloader” extension on a MAC?

So ORBIT is a famous video&sound downloader and i have a mac.
